By downloading, installing, and using the Miryn app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement. This Agreement explains how you can use the App, the features we provide, and the mutual expectations between you and us. Importantly, Miryn does not require any account registration or login to use—you can access all its features immediately after downloading the App, without providing any personal information. We are committed to providing you with a safe, enjoyable, and privacy-friendly experience, and this Agreement is designed to reflect that commitment.
Miryn is designed to help you visualize different necklace styles with your outfits and temperament. The core feature of the App allows you to upload a portrait photo from your device’s gallery or take a new photo using your device’s camera, then try on various necklace styles to see how they complement your look. The App has a sleek and elegant interface, with smooth operation, to provide you with an intuitive reference for jewelry shopping and daily styling. It is your portable assistant for creating exquisite looks.
We do not collect any facial information. When you upload a portrait photo to use the App’s necklace try-on feature, we do not extract, store, or process any facial data, facial features, or biometric information related to your face. Your photo is only used temporarily within the App to display the necklace styles you choose, and we do not capture, analyze, or retain any facial characteristics—such as the shape of your face, eyes, nose, mouth, or any other facial features—from your uploaded photos. We do not use facial recognition technology, do not create facial templates, and do not store any data that could be used to identify your face or link your photo to your identity. Your photo is processed locally on your device to render the necklace try-on effect, and no facial data is ever sent to our servers or stored beyond your active use of the feature.

Miryn provides a range of features to help you with necklace styling, all of which are designed to be user-friendly and privacy-focused. Here’s how you can use the App’s core features:
Upload a portrait photo, then browse our collection of necklace styles to try on. The App will overlay the selected necklace on your photo, allowing you to see how it looks with your outfit and temperament. You can switch between different necklace styles, and save the rendered image to your device’s gallery if you choose.
We do not collect any facial information during the necklace try-on process. The overlay of the necklace on your photo is done locally on your device, and we do not extract, process, or store any facial data, facial features, or biometric information from your photo. The rendered image (with the necklace overlay) is only saved to your device if you choose to save it, and we have no access to that saved image. No facial information is ever collected or used in the try-on feature.
We may periodically release updates to the App to improve its functionality, add new features, fix bugs, or enhance the user experience. These updates may be automatic or require you to download and install them manually, depending on your device settings. We recommend keeping the App updated to ensure you have access to the latest features and the best possible experience.
App updates will never include features that collect facial information. We will never add any functionality that extracts, stores, or processes facial data, facial features, or biometric information. Any updates to the App will continue to uphold our policy of not collecting facial information, and we will never change this core commitment.
You may stop using the Miryn App at any time, for any reason, by simply uninstalling the App from your device. We may also restrict or terminate your access to the App if you violate this User Agreement—for example, if you use the App for harmful or inappropriate purposes, or if you attempt to tamper with the App’s functionality. Terminating your use of the App will not result in the collection or storage of any additional data, and any temporary data stored on your device will be removed when you uninstall the App.
Terminating your use of the App will not affect any facial information, as we do not collect any facial information in the first place. There is no facial data to delete or manage when you stop using the App, and we do not retain any facial information related to your use of the App.
We want to reiterate and emphasize that Miryn does not collect any facial information, under any circumstances. This is a fundamental part of our commitment to your privacy. When you upload a portrait photo to use our necklace try-on feature, we only use the image to display the necklace styles you choose, and we do not extract, process, store, or transmit any facial data, facial features, biometric information, or facial identifiers. We do not use facial recognition technology, do not scan your face, do not create facial templates, and do not retain any information that could be used to identify your face. Your photo is processed locally on your device, and no facial information is ever sent to our servers or shared with anyone. You can use Miryn with complete confidence knowing that your face and any related facial information will never be collected or used by our App.

Any updates to this User Agreement will not change our core policy of not collecting any facial information. We will never start collecting facial information, and any changes to this Agreement will continue to emphasize our commitment to not collecting, storing, processing, or transmitting any facial data, facial features, or biometric information.
