Welcome to Miryn—a practical tool focused on necklace styling. This Subscription Agreement applies to users who choose to subscribe to Miryn’s premium features. By purchasing or activating a Premium Subscription, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Miryn does not require any account registration or login to use its basic features, and the same applies to the Premium Subscription—you can activate and use your Subscription without providing any personal information. This Agreement explains the details of the Premium Subscription, how it works, and the mutual expectations between you and us, with a focus on providing a privacy-friendly and enjoyable experience.
We do not collect any facial information, even for users with a Premium Subscription. When you use the premium necklace try-on features (or any other premium features), we still do not extract, store, or process any facial data, facial features, or biometric information related to your face. Your uploaded photos are only used temporarily within the app to display the necklace styles you choose, and we do not capture, analyze, or retain any facial characteristics—such as the shape of your face, eyes, nose, mouth, or any other facial features—from your uploaded photos. We do not use facial recognition technology, do not create facial templates, and do not store any data that could be used to identify your face or link your photo to your identity.
Miryn offers different Premium Subscription plans, which may include monthly, quarterly, or annual options. The specific details of each plan—including the duration, price, and included features—are displayed within the App when you select the Subscription option. You can choose the plan that best fits your needs, and activation will occur immediately after you complete the purchase process through your device’s payment method (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
No account registration is required to activate your Premium Subscription. The Subscription is linked to your device, so you can access the premium features on the device you used to make the purchase, without needing to log in or provide any personal details. If you switch devices, you may be able to restore your Subscription by using the same payment account associated with the original purchase, depending on your device’s settings.
We do not collect any facial information during the Subscription activation or purchase process. The only information related to your Subscription is the payment confirmation (which is handled by your device’s payment platform, not by Miryn) and the device information needed to link the Subscription to your device. We do not collect any facial data, facial features, or biometric information at any point, including when you activate or manage your Subscription. Your facial privacy remains fully protected, even when using premium features.
When you activate a Premium Subscription, you will gain access to the following exclusive features (subject to change and update from time to time):
We may add or modify premium features from time to time to improve your experience, and any changes will be available to you automatically as a subscribed user, without any additional cost.
None of the premium features require or collect any facial information. All advanced try-on tools and exclusive features work by processing your uploaded photos locally on your device, without extracting or collecting any facial data, facial features, or biometric information. We do not use facial recognition technology in any premium feature, and we do not store any facial information related to your use of these features. The premium experience is designed to be privacy-friendly, with no facial information collection of any kind.
All Premium Subscription plans are set to auto-renew by default, unless you choose to cancel the auto-renewal before the end of your current subscription period. The auto-renewal will occur on the same date each month, quarter, or year (depending on your plan), and the payment will be charged to your device’s payment method automatically.
You can cancel the auto-renewal at any time through your device’s settings. Canceling auto-renewal will not end your current Subscription—you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current subscription period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, but you will not be charged for any future renewal periods after cancellation.
Canceling your Subscription or adjusting auto-renewal settings does not involve any facial information, as we do not collect any facial information in the first place. There is no facial data to manage or delete when you cancel your Subscription, and we do not retain any facial information related to your use of the premium features. Your privacy remains protected throughout the entire subscription lifecycle.
As a subscribed user, you agree to use the Premium Subscription and its features only for personal use. You may not share your Subscription with others, or use the premium features for commercial purposes (e.g., using the App to create content for profit, or sharing premium features with multiple devices that are not your own). The Subscription is for individual use only, and we reserve the right to restrict access if we detect unauthorized sharing or misuse.
You also agree to use the premium features in accordance with the same responsibilities outlined in Miryn’s User Agreement—including only uploading photos you own or have the right to use, and not using the App for harmful or inappropriate purposes.
Your use of premium features does not require you to provide any facial information, and we do not collect any facial information from you. We do not ask for, extract, or store any facial data, facial features, or biometric information, regardless of how you use the premium features. You can use all premium tools with complete confidence that your facial privacy is protected.
We may occasionally update the Premium Subscription plans, including changing the price, features, or duration of the plans. If we make any significant changes to the Subscription (e.g., a price increase or a change to core premium features), we will notify you within the App before the changes take effect. You can choose to continue using the Subscription with the updated terms, or cancel the auto-renewal if you do not agree to the changes.
We may also update the premium features from time to time to add new functionality or improve existing tools, and these updates will be available to you automatically as a subscribed user.
Any updates to the Subscription or premium features will never include collecting facial information. We will never add any functionality that extracts, stores, or processes facial data, facial features, or biometric information. Our policy of not collecting facial information is a core commitment, and it will not change with any Subscription updates.

We may occasionally update this Subscription Agreement to reflect changes in the Premium Subscription plans, features, or usage policies. If we make any changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Agreement, and we will notify you within the App if the changes are significant. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed about your Subscription terms.
Any updates to this Subscription Agreement will not change our core policy of not collecting any facial information. We will never start collecting facial information, and any changes to this Agreement will continue to emphasize our commitment to not collecting, storing, processing, or transmitting any facial data, facial features, or biometric information.
